These Terms of Service govern your use of ProjectPilot. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ProjectPilot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ProjectPilot is an AI-powered project management platform providing health assessments, document generation, guided execution, and vendor management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends.
• We will send a reminder 48 hours before your trial ends.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Founding Member pricing is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active.
• If you cancel your Founding Member subscription, you permanently lose the locked-in rate.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use ProjectPilot for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our services
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not use automated tools to scrape data from the platform

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all project data you enter. We never use your content to train AI models. Generated documents are yours to use freely.

8. Intellectual Property

ProjectPilot and all platform features are our intellectual property. You may not copy or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProjectPilot is provided "as is". AI-generated documents should be reviewed before use in critical business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
